Mr Fred Adams began Hapkido under Mr N. G. Joo
as a white belt in the early 1970s, and served as Secretary in
the early part of the association.
He graded to 1st dan in front of Mr N. G. Joo
and Dennis Brabin in 1975. This was his final Hapkido grading
in front of any panel and his only Hapkido dan grade issued by
a Hapkido Master.
Shortly afterwards, Fred Adams separated from Mr
Joo and Master Hong.
