Ki Power

 

The concept of Ki (Chi – Chinese) is not easy to define. There is no direct translation for the term which can fully embrace its meaning. However, the definition can be thought of when considering energy or life force, power, state of mind, belief, confidence and faith in your moment. This is something to feel rather than measure.

 

 

World Koong Joong Hapkido classes promote Ki training with simple tan jon breathing exercises. The power of Ki energy is available in all Hapkido methods by placing attention inside your body at the heart of the technique.

Ki offers more benifits than just to the physical movement of the martial arts technique. It has an application in health and way of life.
